Hope you enjoy this simple video showing you what I eat in a day. I've been feeling way more in tune with my mind and body lately and I believe what I've been eating has had a major impact. How cool is that :)

Pre-Breakfast:
- 2 x oranges
- 1 x litre of water
Breakfast:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 packet of acai
- handful of frozen berries
- 3 x portions of frozen spinach
- 1 tbsp flaxmeal
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla bean coconut yoghurt
- almond mylk to fill
Lunch:
- 2 x cloves of fresh garlic
- 1/2 a bunch of spring onion
- large handful of spinach
- 1 x avocado
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 x pieces of oat sourdough, toasted
- alfalfa, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds to garnish
Dinner:
- 1 x medium-sized sweet potato
- paprika, garlic and salt to taste
- 1/2 can of chickpeas, with garlic
- handful of cos lettuce
- handful of spinach
- 1/2 bunch of brocollini
- sundried tomatoes (as desired)
- 1 x avocado
- sesame seeds and flax seeds as desired
Tahini dressing:
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp seeded mustard
- garlic powder (sprinkle)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
